Returns & Refund Policy
Incase not satisfied with the purchase, you can return the item and get an exchange with your preferred alternative option of same value or top up for any which is of a higher value. Any product you return must be in the same condition as received. Please provide a receipt or proof of payment to facilitate the process.
Returns and refunds are not allowed for already personalised products. Consequently returns are allowed if done with 72 hours (3 days) of delivery. We do not accept returns after the 72 hour period.
